Challenge

For Maybelline's "Make It Happen" campaign I worked with their team to create awareness through Instagram. They had seen a decrease in traffic and needed to re-think. We needed a strategy that further promoted customer engagement and brand awareness.

Solution

As a team, we took a step back and re-evaluated the day-to-day scope of the company’s social media properties and strategy. They had been using only product shots and it wasn't working for them. Another early focus was to review earlier data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices.

Results

We used analytical tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite Pro to monitor and evaluate the campaign's social media presence and performance. There was an increase in traffic and repeat visitorship within the first month.
